Arriving by car:If you are travelling from Naples on the A3 motorway (Salerno – Reggio Calabria) take the Castellamare di Stabia exit. Follow the signs for Positano along the SS 163. When you arrive in Positano turn right towards the centre of Positano at the first intersection. The Hotel California Positano is on the left, 2 km from the intersection. If you are arriving from Salerno, follow the signs for Amalfi and then Positano. When you arrive in Positano turn left towards the centre of Positano at the second intersection. The Hotel California Positano is on the left, 2 km from the intersection. Arriving by train:If you are arriving by train at ‘Napoli Centrale’, go to the lower level where you can get a local train to Sorrento. Buses for Positano leave from outside the train station in the main square. Get out at the ‘Sponda’ bus stop which is just 100 metres from the Hotel California Positano. Arriving by Plane:If you are arriving at the ‘Capodichino airport’ in Naples get a shuttle bus or train to the main train station in Naples ‘Napoli Centrale’ and then follow the directions above. |
